Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
A credit or debit card will be required on file in order to book your appointment.
Your card will NOT be charged during scheduling or at any time prior to service.
Any appointment cancellation or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the schedule appointment will be assessed fees as followed:
1st occurrence- 50% of the cost of scheduled services will be charged to the card on file.
2nd occurrence- The FULL cost 100% of the cost of scheduled services will be charged to the card on file.
3rd occurrence- client will be denied the ability to schedule any services with ELS SPOT LLC.
